Where do you ship to? 

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and countries of the European Union.


How much are the shipping charges? 

  • Germany and Austria:

  • European Union: 
    • Standard shipping €13.99
    • Free shipping from €80 
  • Switzerland: €19.95*
* Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).     How long does delivery take?

    The normal delivery time within Germany is approx. 3-5 working days. Within the EU, delivery times of approx. 7-10 working days can be expected.

     

    Where is my package?

    As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.
