Be aware that a return emits additional CO2. According to the University of Bamberg, around 530 million returns from online orders were posted in Germany only in 2021, causing around 795 tons of CO2.
This puts Germany in the sad first place as European returns champion. But to change this, we need to work together. With lots of peace, love and harmony!

- Navigate to your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.

Complete the returns process on the returns portal and print the file generated when the process is completed.

Enclose the return note in your package (the sheet with the information about the items you want to return).
Ensure the product(s) is in a securely wrapped parcel. Place the returns address label provided on the parcel (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LABEL IS NOT FOR THE CARRIER, YOU STILL NEED TO CHOOSE A CARRIER AND PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.)

Take the parcel to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for the proof of dispatch and the tracking number.
Products will be checked within 3-4 working days upon receipt and refunds initiated.
We can only take back goods that are unworn and with the original label attached. Any obvious marks like makeup, lipstick, other stains, odors, visible damage, or signs of usage will render the item unsaleable. If this is the case, we will return the item to you and retain the purchase price as compensation.
Once approved, your purchase amount will be reimbursed through your initial payment method, typically within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your returned items. We will email you to advise when your refund has been processed.
You have a 14-day window to return your purchase starting from the date of delivery.
Returns costs are not included and should be sent from your side.
To ensure an efficient service to our clients, we request you to order the new product separately after you receive a confirmation of the returned item.

Returns policy
If you are unhappy with one of your purchases please get in touch with us using our email or log in to your account on our webstore, within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of
delivery
Once the item(s) are received by us, we will inspect the returned product and notify you of our acceptance or objection of refund claim or by email within 14 days. We will process refunds within 14 working days from the return’s acceptance email date.
Products returned by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the return shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 4.95 for
Germany.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the Product(s).
For non faulty/'change of mind' returns, a processing fee EUR 4.95 is applicable and will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item instead.
